We are so excited for you to receive your products! We aim to process all orders for shipment within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. 


If you're in the UK, your order usually arrives in 3-5 business days. 

If you're in the rest of Europe, your order usually arrives in 7-15 business days. For orders going to the rest of the world, please allow 10-25 business days.


If you have not received your order in the usual time as specified above, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. Order processing times may be slightly longer than usual at the moment, due to increased order volumes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Timing: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Condition: Items should be returned in new and unused condition.

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
    • Your reason for returning the product.
    • We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Purchases from Other Retailers

For products purchased from other retailers, please refer to their return policies directly.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping, unless the product was:
    • Damaged on arrival
    • Faulty
    • Incorrectly shipped
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Refunds for sale or discounted products will reflect the price paid.
  • Promotional Products: Items received as part of a special promotion (e.g., free gifts) are non-refundable.
